CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellations & Rescheduling: - Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. - Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 20% of the service cost. 2. No-Shows - Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 20% of the service cost. 3. Late Arrivals - If you arrive 10 minutes late or more, your appointment will be considered a walk-in. - This means we cannot guarantee your service and you may need to wait for the next available technician. - Late arrivals may also be subject to a shortened service or a cancellation fee. 4. Payment Policy - A valid card on file is required to hold all appointments. Fees will be applied according to this policy.
